i felt let down by a couple of things. the free photoshoot didn't happen because the guy in charge was too busy on facebook to book us. also, the entertainment at the main bar was really depressing.

the team was amazing they gave me queen-like treatment from check-in to check out vila service was prompt house keeping was meticulous and i liked the 24-hour vila dine-in option the food at vihamana was excellent niko at check in was accommodating and gun gun was professional. i enjoyed the attentiveness to my needs at vihamana the island views added to the experience.

I found the staff well-trained and their smiles very genuine I appreciated the professional luxury boat staff The island was beautiful and clean I was like I was in a small village. I really loved my Garden Pool Villa and the room itself. I decided to eat dinner at Thila Its location made it one of the best places for dinner. I enjoyed my lobster bisque It was amazing and so delicious. The breakfast offered spoiled me for choice I especially appreciated the healthy selections.
The all-inclusive option did not seem very attractive

comfortable bathroom fantastic sea trained staff
the seaside villa was excellent the open-roof bathroom area at the back was comfortable. i could walk straight from the front of our villa into the sea. the staff throughout the resort was well-trained.
the housekeeping is not good i had to repeatedly call for soap and coffee sachets.

The room WAS spacious WITH great amenities. The double shower, one AL fresco, was a treat after a day at the beach. The food CHOICES were amazing, especially the variety available at breakfast. Every staff member WAS helpful and polite. The laundry service was a SIGNIFICANT convenience.
the resort's proximity to the airport meant occasional plane noise, though IT never lasted long.

warm welcome beach bar dolphin cruise overpriced food extra charge poor housekeeping
the staff welcomed me warmly upon my arrival to the island. i appreciated the delicious cocktails and sunset views at the beach bar. i also enjoyed the dolphin cruise where i saw so many dolphins.
The food felt overpriced. A club sandwich and coke cost $30.99. the resort charged extra for everything, i found it noticeable. the housekeeping wasn't great. I had to repeatedly ask for soap.

i found the airport transportation convenient. the check-in process was fast. my beautiful bungalow beach front was good, it offered magnificent views of the water. the soft, clean beach sand felt good under my feet (no need for slippers!).
the gym equipment showed some wear and could use an update.
